Our Team
AMANDA PRITCHETT, MHA, Director
Originally from Texas but proud to call Charleston home now, Amanda has extensive experience leading primary care, multi-specialty care, and university health practices. Most recently, Amanda was the CEO of a large pediatric practice where she grew the practice from $4 million in revenue to $20 million in revenue in eight years. Amanda excels at practice management and holds a deep knowledge around vaccine pricing, coding, and reimbursement. When not talking vaccines, you will find her and Ben trying to keep up with their teenagers or at the beach with their yellow lab, Rey.
CHIP BOLICK, Senior Membership Director
Residing in coastal North Carolina, Chip brings 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including six years of leadership for a multisite Urgent Care and 14 years in the vaccines industry. His vaccine experience includes sales and account management roles for both independent practices and hospital settings. Chip’s favorite part of his role is helping practices save on their overall immunization spend as well as working to improve efficiency, leading to increased immunization rates. When not working with practices, you can find Chip throwing a line in the water, cheering UNC basketball, or rocking his new grandbaby.
AJ WILLIAMSON, Data and Enrollment Lead
AJ is a Charleston native and College of Charleston graduate, who has been a member of the Vaccine Connect team since 2022. During his tenure, AJ has become the expert on enrolling clinic and pharmacy members, giving them access to the best vaccine discounts available. When not managing enrollments, you can find AJ exploring the local restaurant scene, attending a ballet, or reading a great book.
AGGIE MITCHEM, Member Relations Coordinator
Since graduating from NC State in 2023, Aggie has quickly settled into life as an honorary Charleston local. She’s jumped headfirst into the world of marketing, project management, and client experience, bringing with her a strong background in communications. As Vaccine Connect’s newest team member, Aggie is excited to use her skills to build meaningful relationships with our members. Outside of the office, you can find Aggie on the soccer field, beachcombing for shells, or crafting with friends!
